How To Downgrade Your Account
If you wish to downgrade your account, you can do so at any time by going to the subscription settings of your account.
You can access the subscription settings by clicking on the dropdown menu and clicking on Subscription.
You can downgrade your account from Premium to Freemium by clicking on the DOWNGRADE TO FREEMIUM button.
Important Note:
Have in mind that if you downgrade your account you will lose all Premium features Cue offers, such as Urgent and Hot Cue, as well as advanced customization settings in Cue.
