How To Upgrade Your Account
All of our trial account users have the benefits of premium accounts with all features included. After the 14-day trial period is over, their account will automatically be downgraded to a Freemium version of Cue.
You can upgrade your account to a Premium at any time by going to the subscription settings of your account.
You can access the subscription settings by clicking on the dropdown menu and clicking on the Subscription.
After your trial period has expired without upgrading your account, your subscription page will look like this:
You can switch to a Premium account by clicking on the UPGRADE TO PREMIUM button.
Since FastSpring is our payment processor, we support:
Credit/Debit Card
Paypal
Amazon Pay
Note: The subscription amount for the Premium Cue account (with all features included) is $30/month.
